Heather rejoined Oestriecher & Company in April 2023, after spending several years working in the healthcare industry as an accounting manager for a large healthcare system in Texas.  She is a graduate of McNeese State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  Heather has been a licensed CPA in Louisiana since 2006.  She has also been licensed to practice in Texas since 2015.  Heather is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana CPAs.

Dale is a proud graduate of Louisiana State University who joined the firm in September 2000. Dale has 43 years of experience in public accounting. He served our country in the United States Army and continues to serve as district fire chief of the Lone Pine Fire Protection District and as an emergency medical responder. Dale specializes in tax planning and construction audit services and is a forty-year member of the AICPA and SLCPA. Geaux Tigers!

Sarah joined the firm in 2012 after receiving her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Louisiana State University at Alexandria. Sarah’s primary focus is governmental auditing. She also assists clients with bookkeeping services. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and enjoys live music concerts.

Mattie joined in Oestriecher & Company in 2023 as an intern and became a full time employee in May, 2024 after obtaining her Bachelor of Accounting from LSUA. Mattie then completed her MBA with a concentration in Accounting from LSUS in September, 2025. Mattie is pursing her CPA and is primarily responsible for audits (with a concentration in governmental audits), tax return preparation, and CAS (client advisory services).  Mattie enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Sandy is married to Kurt and retired from a long career as a nurse and  educator in 2024 in order to become a full time “Mimi”. Sandy is now an integral part of our team during tax season. She is primarily responsible for all e-communications with our tax clients, and meeting with clients as necessary to assist with filing returns and paying estimated tax payments. Meredith joined the firm in 2024 and is responsible for administrative functions. Meredith obtained her Bachelor degree from ULL in 2023. In addition to her administrative duties, Meredith performs some client services for our CAS department and also is responsible for efiling and tracking income tax returns.
