Heather rejoined Oestriecher & Company in April 2023, after spending several years working in the healthcare industry as an accounting manager for a large healthcare system in Texas.  She is a graduate of McNeese State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  Heather has been a licensed CPA in Louisiana since 2006.  She has also been licensed to practice in Texas since 2015.  Heather is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana CPAs.

Dale is a proud graduate of Louisiana State University who joined the firm in September 2000. Dale has 43 years of experience in public accounting. He served our country in the United States Army and continues to serve as district fire chief of the Lone Pine Fire Protection District and as an emergency medical responder. Dale specializes in tax planning and construction audit services and is a forty-year member of the AICPA and SLCPA. Geaux Tigers!

Katy joined Oestriecher & Company in January of 2017. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an accounting concentration from Louisiana State University at Alexandria and a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University at Shreveport. Katy enjoys assisting clients with accounting, audit and tax needs. She grew up on a cattle farm with six siblings.

Katy became a full-time member of the accounting faculty at LSUA beginning January 1, 2024 after 7 years with Oestriecher & Company, CPAs.  She still maintains an office here and will work limited part-time hours for a few existing clients, mostly family. She is not accepting new clients, but is available for consultation within the firm on an as-needed basis.

Sarah joined the firm in 2012 after receiving her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Louisiana State University at Alexandria. Sarah’s primary focus is governmental auditing. She also assists clients with bookkeeping services. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and enjoys live music concerts.

Kaia joined the firm in February 2022. She is currently enrolled at Louisiana State University at Alexandria pursuing an associate degree of science in nursing. Kaia is an Eagle Scout who enjoys photography, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

Mattie joined Oestriecher & Company in 2023. Mattie was born and raised in Hineston, Louisiana. She will graduate from Louisiana State University of Alexandria in May of 2024 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. After graduation, Mattie plans to pursue her Master’s in Business Administration in Accounting from Louisiana State University at Shreveport. Mattie’s goal is to become a licensed CPA. Mattie assists with tax, audit, and bookkeeping services. Mattie enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
